eRAP - Electronic Research Application Portal

Every user is assigned a unique username and password. You are responsible for keeping your username and password private. You are responsible for actions performed using your username and password. You agree to not share your username or password with anyone.

You agree to provide a valid email address in order to be granted access to eRAP. You agree to communicate electronically with eRAP support for all purposes, unless instructed otherwise by eRAP Support. You agree that all communications that eRAP Support provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

You agree to use the tools provided by Research Data Services for the purpose of maintaining data integrity and security.

You agree to report any error messages, malfunctions, or system crashes to Research Data Services Support in a timely manner.

The Research Data Services Department maintains this system for your usage. They are responsible for the functioning and maintenance of this system. You are responsible for the integrity and accuracy of all data entered using your credentials. Research Data Services will assist you with technical issues and provide training, but cannot perform data entry, reporting, or other user activities.

You agree to abide by the security policies established by the Mount Sinai Health System.
